Welcome to Expinzo. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our mobile applications, backend sync services, and landing websites. By installing our application or accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using our software, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the authority to enter into these binding Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and cease all usage immediately.
2. Account Security & Responsibilities
You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the service, including your local application PIN/biometrics and your Supabase credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.
3. Subscription & Billing
We offer premium features (including automated WhatsApp webhook logging, receipt line-item scanning, and advanced AI spending insights) under monthly or annual subscription plans:
- Payments: All subscriptions are processed securely via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
- Cancellations: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your device's subscription manager settings.
- Refunds: Refund requests are governed by the respective App Store guidelines. We do not process refunds directly.
4. AI Disclaimers & Accuracy
Expinzo uses automated on-device models, regex, and third-party APIs to extract, parse, and structure transaction data from chat texts, SMS, and receipts.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of parsed amounts, currency exchanges, or category classifications.
- Manual Review: Users are advised to review the structured records in the "AI Inbox" or ledger before confirming them.
- Limitation: We are not liable for tax filing errors, bookkeeping mistakes, or financial losses arising from inaccurate parsing outputs.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to exploit our services for unauthorized commercial purposes, scrape our WhatsApp webhook APIs, or attempt to reverse-engineer our database synchronization mechanisms.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, code, assets, patents, and trademarks relating to Expinzo are the exclusive intellectual property of the team and its licensors. You may not distribute or copy our software code without permission.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
